State Tax Manager
Needed ASAP!!!!!!!
Fortune 500 company in Philadelphia needs of a State Tax manager for managing state income tax audits. Incumbent is also responsible for detailed audit support for Federal income tax audits of this company. Liaise and negotiate document requests with audit teams and business units. Research tax planning and compliance issues.
Requirements :
Skills associated with a B.S. in accounting are required.
CPA or equivalent is required.
A thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting and Tax Accounting as well as the federal and state tax laws is essential.
Computer skills with Internet research and software such as Corptax, Excel and Word are needed.
Detailed knowledge of consolidated tax returns and data flows is required.
