Location: Long Beach, California, United States
Compensation: $65,000 to $70,000
Coordinate production and work of team leaders. Manage up to 90 hourly workers, responsible for staffing, performance and disciplinary action. Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines and employees. Enforce safety regulations. Reduce direct labor costs by 10% per year.
Requirements:
1. At least 7 year experience working as a : Production Manager
2. Bachelors Degree
3. Familiar for OSHA and other relevant safety and environmental regulations
4. Computer literate
5. Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
