Position: VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Hours: Regular
Compensation: $120,000 to $130,000 per annum
Responsibilities;
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and tactics designed to drive successful new traditional and non-traditional franchise store openings and new foodservice points of distribution to the company. The selected candidate will lead, direct, and coordinate new store development, real estate, construction, non-traditional store operations, and foodservice sales while meeting or exceeding financial and growth goals.
The position will interface directly with the Company’s Leadership Team (CEO, CFO, CIO, Management Board, etc...) to manage the development process for the Company.
Position Qualifications;
The selected candidate will have 7 - 10 years of experience in new store development, with a focus in rapid expansion through non-traditional franchising and foodservice, and a Bachelors Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidates considered for the Vice President of Development position will be bright, results oriented executives who have strong strategic thinking, analytical, and tactical execution skills. Candidates must have the ability to think ‘out of the box” and be entrepreneurial, multi-dimensional, thoughtful, and resourceful. They will also possess the confidence and finesse to influence multiple levels of management no matter the topic. Additionally, they will be agile thinkers, innovative, and able to roll up their sleeves and have a hands-on approach.
Target Salary - $125K+ Bonus
