Location: To be located in South East Michigan, Michigan, United States
Compensation: $120,000 to $130,000

 

Engineering Manager

 

Office will probably be located in South East Michigan

 

 

Automotive and Heavy Truck HVAC Systems Experience a MUST HAVE

 

Duties:

• Manage engineering team of up to 10 professionals.
• Manage product design cradle to grave.
• Customer Interface a must.
• Manage all engineering change activity.
• Teach, Lead and motivate people.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects.
• Must have experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

 

Required experience

• Solid automotive engineering experience with HVAC.
• BS required in engineering, Graduate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Labview, Campbell, and STI helpful.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office products and MS Project
• HVAC/PTC testing experience with wind tunnel, system/component calorimeter, and air flow.
