Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000
- Identify dedicated transportation sales opportunities by identifying sales leads, evaluating their needs, and delivering solutions
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance to enhance client service
- Participate in RFP processes
- Resolve customer issues by investigating, evaluating and settling complaints and claims
- Liaise with internal partners to correct discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Prepare sales budgets and reports and analyze all variances
- Meet sales objectives
- Maintain professional, technical knowledge by remaining current on industry trends and the competition
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Some travel required
- Assume any other assigned and related tasks as directed
In addition to initiative, integrity, strong work ethic and being a team player:
- Minimum 3-5 years related dedicated transportation sales experience
- Proven track record of dedicated services sales success
- Minimum Secondary School Graduation Diploma
- Post Secondary training in Transportation / Logistics or equivalent combination of experience & training preferred
- Superior presentation, communication, interpersonal and computer skills
- Building strong relationships
- Adaptable to change, ability to thrive in fast paced environment
- Self-motivated
