JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
- With at least 2 to 5 years' experience preferably in a construction firm
- Have problem solving skills
- Has the ability to work as part of a team
- Must be practical and have knowledge in technical skills
- Proficient in MS application

- Vast experience in materials planning and inventory, time and motion study, work specification and process improvements (KAIZEN)
- Keen in details and with excellent analytical skills
- Self motivated, assertive and result oriented
- With strong leadership skills and should be able to deal effectively with employees in all level of the organization
- With above average communication and interpersonal skills levels.

From Edsa Boni you will take Tricycle up to McdonaldsPioneer in front of HMR, then from Mcdonalds you will just walk straight up to MESCO, then turn left walk straight and at the 2nd gate you will now see the IPM GROUP OF COMPANIES signboard in front of filstar distributors.
BUS/ MRT (either north or south)
From Crossing (Shaw Blvd.) you will ride jeepney with a signboard of Pasig Palengke or Pasig San Joaquin then drop-off at Kapitolyo ( Petron Gasoline Station in front of Capitol Commons). From Petron walk straight, then turn right at the first Street. There's the tricycle terminal, tell the driver to drop you at Brixton #10 (IPM GROUP OF COMPANIES)
