QUALIFICATION:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
  
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

For HR Officer:

• Spearhead the team members for the statutory and government mandatory benefits such as SSS Sickness and benefits, Maternity and paternity benefits, Philhealth Hospitalization and availment, HDMF loans and processing, Cash Advances, Leaves and Other Monetary and non-monetary benefits
  
• Lead the team for Withholding Tax computation, Time Keeping and Payroll
• Lead the team for other special tasks
  

For HR Assistant / Staff:

•  Assist the team members for the statutory and government mandatory benefits such as SSS Sickness and benefits, Maternity and paternity benefits, Philhealth Hospitalization and availment, HDMF loans and processing, Cash Advances, Leaves and Other Monetary and non-monetary benefits

BUS/ MRT (either north or south)

From Crossing (Shaw Blvd.) you will ride jeepney with a signboard of Pasig Palengke or Pasig San Joaquin then drop-off at Kapitolyo ( Petron Gasoline Station in front of Capitol Commons). From Petron walk straight, then turn right at the first Street. There's the tricycle terminal, tell the driver to drop you at Brixton #10 (IPM GROUP OF COMPANIES)
