• Graduate of a Bachelor Degree related to Food Discipline such as Food
• Science/Technology, Chemistry, and Microbiology
• Knowledge in FSSC 22000 and BRC Certification, a plus
• Willing to work in Cebu and to travel to different parts of the Philippines
• Highly competent in establishing/implementing QA programs
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Results-oriented and has the leadership ability to guide associates towards goal achievement
