Responsible for managing the client account and serves as the HR Business partner.  Provides timely and full support and assistance to manage employee issues, facilitate effective team communications and other employee engagement activities.  Facilitate implementation of assigned employee events, rewards and recognition activities; discipline board; conflict resolution and management and management – employee dialogues.Responsible for managing the client account and serves as the HR Business partner.  Provides timely and full support and assistance to manage employee issues, facilitate effective team communications and other employee engagement activities.  Facilitate implementation of assigned employee events, rewards and recognition activities; discipline board; conflict resolution and management and management – employee dialogues.
Minimum Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any of its equivalents.  Post – graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.  At least 6 years full-time experience in supervising employee relations functions, activities and events in a manufacturing organization preferably in a semiconductor components assembly and test operations. Preferred Qualifications	Required knowledge, skills and abilities: Ability to setup and implement employee or labor relations activities in a manufacturing environment; Ability to perform event management; Strategic Planning; Account/client Management; Coaching and employee counseling; Effective communication Be able to communicate to senior management level and rank and file; Conflict Management; Dispute and grievance Handling; Familiar with local labor laws; Ability to interface with government agencies related to labour
