General Manager/ Senior Manager (Tendering and Technical)
THIS IS FOR MYANMAR ASSIGNMENT
This is an excellent opportunity to join an emerging power engineering company with aggressive growth plans in the region where you will be working closely with a team of qualified professionals and an experienced foreign management. This role reports directly to the VP.
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
-Managing Tendering for HW in power transmission projects, up to 500 Kv T/L and GIS substation.
-Negotiation For technical and commercial terms in order to obtain the minimum requirement from clients along with proposal preparation
-Managing procurement and logistics for HW transmission project. Provide tendering and negotiation to meet budget, target time frame and high quality standards.
-Carry out commercial management to successfully manage and lead the commercial, operations, technical and special projects for business development
-Partnering up with reputable brand suppliers, MNCs and international EPC companies in development agencies such as the ADB, World Bank, JICA and local governments tender project.
-Provide communication and bargaining with International vendors such as ABB, Siemens and Area
-Develop new suppliers and maintain existing suppliers on price, payment and commercial terms.
-Create in conjunction with management the strategy and master plan to obtain competitive advantages over competitors.
-Successfully manage and lead commercial, operational, technical and special projects for development agencies and foreign procurement.
-Degree in relevant field.
-Analytical, process oriented, structured in approach, performance focused with ability to manage larger volume of work within tight deadlines.
-Innovative and out of box thinker; strong communication capability, Language skill in English, high energy, passionate and inclination to work with diversified teams/people.
-Demonstrate experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, quality management, promoting process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance and developing budgets.
-Analytical, process oriented, structured in approach, performance focused with ability to manage larger volume of work within tight deadlines.
-Innovative and out of box thinker; strong communication capability, Language skill in English, high energy, passionate and inclination to work with diversified teams/people.
-28 years old up.
-15 + Years strong EPC business background in Power/Oil & Gas/Infrastructure sector in MNC or company of repute with structured process and procedure; have led multiple functional teams and delivered consistent results; 8+ Years similar experience for Senior Manager.
-Degree qualified, with client facing and international communication skills.
-Should have good understanding about organization structure, standard operating procedure, and work procedures specifically in EPC environment.
-They must thrive in project planning, and working with project teams internationally. A background of business skills management, budgeting and analysis is advantageous.
-$1,500 to $2,800 USD per month
