Qualifications

* Min. Work Experience: 15 years
* Educational Attainment: College Degree

* Knowledge on market's unit rates in construction projects is a requirement
* Must be management level from a real property developer
* Must have hands-on experience in managing projects and people
* Extensive construction experience in Land or Infrastructure development
* Experience with calculating Bill of Quantities, tender document preparation, tender assessments and recommendations
* Demonstrated experience with relevant authorities and civil contractors
* Extensive knowledge of approvals processes required by all authorities/stakeholders prior to and during work on civil construction sites

Job Description

The primary responsibility is to act as the Client Representative, providing day to day site inspections, auditing and coordination of civil construction projects, in an efficient and effective manner
