The Service Desk Agent provides support for basic incident resolution and service request fulfillment.
Agents are responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and provide a single point-of-contact for the customer. Responsibilities include initial incident/request assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents and service requests.
Agents must have a comprehensive understanding of the technologies involved and support experience in common desktop software on a Windows environment and corresponding hardware.
Staff shall also be versed in automated software distribution as well as telephony, video conference and mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, Microsoft Surface Pro.
Service Desk Agents must log all incidents and requests and engage other end user services re-sources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility.
Service Desk Agents uses the appropriate priority and categorization for logging incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a professional attitude.
Agents may be requested to provide after business hours and on-call support as needed.
Agents shall document resolution of incidents and update documentation and/or knowledge bases accordingly.
Agents shall strive to develop general knowledge of the current EIB business and business practices, increasing their ability to quickly resolve incidents and requests on first contact.
The Service Desk Agent will be assigned to work in different profiles depending on the service needs.
Role:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Ana-lyst is expected to have in depth experience in the IAM / IGA domain. This profile supports the Identity and Access Management system, applies industry knowledge of Identity Management and system access controls to the Bank environment.
This profile shall be able to weigh business needs against security risks, and articulate issues to management, perform necessary procedures and controls to ensure appropriate system access controls are in place.

Job responsibilities:
· Provide subject matter expertise on IAM /IGA processes and controls;
· Create and maintain roles and privileges within the Identity Management System;
· Maintain system roles and privileges based on information such as job function, department, etc.;
· Create and maintain accurate descriptions of roles and privileges within the Identity Management System;
· Partner with department managers and representatives to determine the appropriate levels of system access, based on job responsibilities;
· Partners with Information Technology and Human Resources department to support the Identity Management System;
· Develop and prepare metrics to represent the status of the Identity Management program;
· Lead Segregation of Duties discussions with application/system owners and support functions;
· Facilitate system access reviews and attestation processes;
· Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for IT incidents and service requests, including with third parties (e.g. manufacturer or vendor) as necessary;
· Document the resolution of incidents and problems, create technical analysis, performance, and enhancement reports;
Technical and Specific Skills / Experience
· Experience with MS Office Suite;
· Experience with Windows Active Directory 2012 or 2016;
· Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or 2012 or 2016;
· Experience with Linux (RHEL) and Unix skills;
· Attention to details;
· Ability to work in a co-operative way;
· Knowledge of RBAC model;
· Knowledge of Business Process Modelling tools;
· Experience developing and maintaining documentation;
· Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure situation;
· Ability to handle multiple competing priorities;

Salary: Negotiable
Relocation Package: 1000-1500€
